Nannies that have been placed by us are educated, mature and carrying
individuals with childcare references. We provide comprehensive
background check and screening for all of our employees.
Each nanny
position may have slightly different responsibilities depending
on the family requirements, the age(s) of the child/children,
and other factors. However, responsibilities typically include:
helping children get dressed, administering meals, cleaning up
after, helping children with school work, organizing and engaging
in activities, etc.
Other requirements may or may not include
light house keeping (beyond picking up after children), transporting
children to
and from school and/or activities, preparing meals for children
and/or family, grocery shopping, running errands, laundry, etc.
A nanny may
work anywhere from few hours/week to up to 12 hours a day,
depending on the requirements of the family.
Nanny selection process
consists of:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We arrange appointment with potential family. During this initial meeting, we
will evaluate specific needs and requirements of the parents and their children.

• Special skills
Step 2: Selecting a nanny
Our company matches a family with potential nanny based on their requirements.
The client will be able to view background information, education and employment
history as well as contact numbers of past employers and references. Full written
resume will be provided to the family.
Step 3: Interview
Interview by the family. During the interview, we would like to introduce future
nannies to parents and children. At this time we will address, detailed duties
and special tasks pertaining to nannies job description and wage agreement.
The family will be provided written schedule for everyday duties. Final decision
and starting employment date will be determined after the interview upon
the family/nanny decision.
Step 4: Follow up with the family
Our company always stays behind our clients. We follow up with frequent phone
calls and address any concerns that may arise. The family and nannies are
always welcome to contact us with any work related questions and concerns. |
